End-user license agreement

1. Who may use it
Pinnacle Accounting is licensed only to Pinnacle Logistics Group and its authorized employees, for use with Pinnacle's own QuickBooks Online company. No other person or business may use it.
2. License
Pinnacle grants its authorized employees a non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for Pinnacle's internal bookkeeping. The app may not be copied, resold or used for anyone else's books.
3. Your responsibilities
Users keep their QuickBooks and Intuit sign-ins private, review entries the app proposes when asked, and report anything that looks wrong to Pinnacle's finance team.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Pinnacle's finance team remains responsible for reviewing its books and filings.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pinnacle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
6. Ending access
Access ends when a user leaves Pinnacle, when Pinnacle revokes it, or when the app is disconnected from QuickBooks.
